Kurt Challinor - Director - Centre for Deeper Learning
Kurt has been teaching in Project-based Learning and designing projects for 6 years. He has received significant training in project development and facilitation through both the Newtech Network and the Buck Institute of Education. He has substantial currency in the One-Day-One-Problem approach to Problem-based Learning and the Flipped Classroom. Kurt is currently conducting research into the Flipped Classroom.
Brad Scanlon - Pedagogy Coach
Brad has substantial currency in project design and facilitation. He has spent the past three years as the Parramatta Marist High School PBL Coach, working to refine our PBL practices. Along with our teachers, he also works with the leaders and teachers from our Australian Newtech Network of schools to support their implementation of Project-based Learning.
Adam Hendry - Research Specialist
Having taught utilising Project Based Learning and other innovative pedagogies for 7 years, Adam is well placed to share his wealth of knowledge and practical experience. Adam has received training in Project Based Learning through the New Tech Network in the United States and has received extensive training in 'Problem Crafting' to support Problem Based Learning through Republic Polytechnic in Singapore. He also has substantial currency in the implementation of the Flipped Classroom approach to teaching.
